I’m Rachel, the reporter behind Beyond The Bar Court Reporting. When you contact my firm, you’re speaking with the person who will help you plan your proceeding and care for the record.
I bring 20 years of experience in court reporting, including transcript production, court reporting firm management, and transcript editing. That background gives me a practical understanding of the entire process, from scheduling and the record to delivery and billing.
I am a Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) and Certified Court Reporter (CCR), licensed in the State of Utah. I’m also a commissioned Utah Notary Public, an NCRA member, and a Director of the Utah Court Reporters Association.
I intentionally accept a smaller number of depositions to give each client personal attention and remain available for last-minute scheduling requests, next-day coverage when possible, transcript questions, and time-sensitive delivery needs. My boutique approach pairs attentive service with affordable, clearly explained pricing.

Can I check availability before I have a notice?
Absolutely. Choose “Check availability” and send what you know. The date, time, and other proceeding details can be left open until you have them.
How quickly can I receive a transcript?
Delivery timing is confirmed for each assignment. If you have a filing, hearing, or trial deadline, include the date in your request. Rough drafts and expedited transcripts are available subject to scheduling and additional charges.
Can you help with a videographer or Zoom link?
Videographers are available by arrangement. The request form lets you indicate whether you need video or a Zoom link so those details can be addressed before your proceeding is confirmed.
How do I arrange transcript and exhibit delivery?
Tell Rachel what your team needs when ordering, including delivery recipients, deadlines, and any requested transcript or exhibit formats. Delivery arrangements and applicable payment terms will be confirmed for your assignment.
Can you cover evenings or weekends?
Evening, weekend, and holiday assignments may be available by arrangement at a higher rate. Contact Rachel with your date and time to check coverage.
Is my proceeding booked when I submit the form?
Submitting the form sends a request. Your proceeding is booked only after you receive confirmation from Beyond The Bar. You can also call or text 385-448-7091.
